Clients may request to cancel a project at any time by contacting our office directly. Cancellation approval depends on the stage of the project and any costs already incurred.

2. Cancellation Fees

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client will be responsible for:

• Work completed up to the cancellation date
• Materials purchased or ordered
• Any third-party or subcontractor charges

3. Scheduled Services

For scheduled services, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after evaluation of completed work and expenses. Non-refundable costs include custom materials and completed labor.
